Clare Edwards is a very special breed of person. She isn’t like anyone else in any possible way. She’s polite, and sweet and smarter than anyone I’d ever known. She could always be found reading. Her face was practically glued to the pages of countless books. Her hands were always soft, delicate like the petals of a flower. Her smile was warm, like the wind on a Summer’s day and she could take your breath away with just one simple look. Well, maybe it was just me and maybe that’s one of the many reasons why I fell so deeply in love with her. She wouldn’t just say ‘I love you’ like a normal person would. No, she would laugh, shake her head a little, give you a shy smile, and say… ‘You’re silly.’ And if she had ever told you that you were silly you should have considered yourself lucky. I was a lucky guy, and I had never wanted to let her go.
